Charming Hometown Wedding at The Herlong Mansion There’s something really special about tying the knot in your hometown. For Colby and Trina, The Herlong Mansion in Micanopy, Florida gave off a sense of warmth, coziness, and, above all, it represented home. The bridesmaids wore light-pink gowns and held baby’s breath, which offered up a simple and fresh color palette for this rustic wedding. We absolutely love how the simplicity of the wedding design allowed Villetto Photography to focus on capturing the irreplaceable moments Colby and Trina spent on their big day!

"Wedding Lovely"

Charlotte and Bill’s Enchanted Castle Today’s real wedding, brought to us by Kelly Villetto of Villetto Photography, is timelessly beautiful and utterly magical! Here’s more about the wedding and the lovely couple form Kelly. When you think of princesses and knights in shining armor Charlotte & Bill really fit the fairytale to a tee. Bill Miller’s Castle set on a picturesque Connecticut property was the absolutely perfect setting for these nuptials. Everything about their wedding day felt like a fairytale. The soft baby’s breathe, the lavender highlights, the princess dress and of course the glass slippers or in this case Badgley Mischka slippers! Charlotte and Bill are both so quiet and soft and their castle marriage was something out of a Jane Austen novel. You can’t get more classic than this…

"You Mean the World to Me"

Destination Wedding in the Hudson River Valley, New York There are so many beautiful areas in the state of New York. Venture beyond the dazzling lights of Manhattan and be charmed by the countryside and coastal regions that are only a stones throw away. Cora and Brian LOVE the Hudson River Valley region, north of New York City, with its undeniable charisma and historical beauty and so it seemed like the perfect place for them to say ‘I Do,’ and I think that you’ll agree that they chose one of the most picturesque venues for their serene outdoor ceremony! continues...

Rustic Rainy Countryside Wedding: Niki + Brian Let’s talk about rain on your wedding day! It’s often what most of us dread for our big day, but Niki + Brian prove that maybe it’s not something we need to worry so much about. All you really need are rain boots, an umbrella and a great attitude! Niki + Brian tied the knot on the lush grounds of Florida farm The Oaks at Windsong on a misty March afternoon. A soft pink palette, strands of glowing lights, and a moody evening sky made for a magical atmosphere at their reception beneath the trees. You can just see the joy and happiness in the bride and groom’s (and guests!) faces. Thank you to Villetto Photography for the gorgeous photos + congratulations to the happy couple!

Fall is almost here, but before we say goodbye to summer let’s enjoy one more beach wedding! Today’s real wedding comes to us from Kelly Villetto of Villetto Photography, based in Bradenton, Florida. Enjoy:

Mallory and Justin's Seaside Florida Wedding As soon as Mallory emphatically agreed to spend the rest of her life with her true love, the couple immediately knew where they would exchange their “I dos.” Held at the Palm Island Resort in Cape Haze, Fla., Villetto Photography did a stunning job of capturing the elegant simplicity, sentimentality and natural wonders of the couple’s intimate seaside wedding. “Everyone has an opinion about what a wedding should be — style, formality, everything,” Mallory tells us. “I think the hardest part is finding a balance. I was definitely a low-key bride, and I knew I wanted everything to be simple and relaxed. But that isn’t exactly feasible when planning a wedding because there are so many moving parts. Luckily, I have some amazing people in my life who helped me. Without them, I would’ve been lost.” The ever-changing colors of the sky in the Sunshine State served as a serene backdrop for Mallory and Justin’s special day, which, with the help of family and friends, gloriously came together like the ease of an ocean breeze. continues...

"The Knot"

A Classic Summer Wedding at Boscobel in Garrison, New York Cora Piselli (29 and a physician assistant) and Brian McLean (31 and a physical therapist) met in graduate school living across the hall from each other in the dormitories. While in Montauk for Brian's 30th birthday, they were walking the dunes down by the ocean looking at a beautiful view when Cora turned around and he was on one knee. As a fan of beautiful scenery, Boscobel was the perfect setting for their outdoor wedding ceremony as it overlooks the Hudson Valley. Getting lucky with the weather, having only sunshine and a nice breeze, Cora and Brian's neutral inspired wedding was breathtaking. The floral arrangements brought out the orange and pink accents and popped against the gold, blush, and champagne colored bridesmaid dresses that Cora masterfully chose from ModCloth. continues...

"A Touch Of Modern"

A red lip is always a good idea! Brittany is a gorgeous bride who planned her wedding using retro DIY details. Lots of lace, a birdcage veil and a nod to 50’s pin-up style with her classic red lip helped to set the tone. An outdoor swing covered in red roses was especially sentimental because it mirrored the scene Eric created just over ten years ago on their first Valentine’s Day together. Their story and romantic energy is skillfully captured in their beautiful wedding day portraits by Villetto Photography.

We love spending time with a bride as fun as Mallory, and then seeing her vision come to life so many months down the line. She is truly stunning in HB6622 at her beach wedding in Cape Haze, Florida. Mallory said, "I wanted our wedding to be straight forward, simple and gorgeous." It's safe to say her mission was accomplished and far exceeded with each of these photos being more breathtaking than the last. Thank you so much to Villetto Photography for sharing! Congratulations again to Mallory & Justin, we wish you all the very best. continues...

"A Touch Of Modern"

Behind the Lens with Villetto Photography Some of the best moments are what we call the “in-between’s”, those moments that can’t be posed, constructed or even repeated. It’s that shared laughter when the couple feels they are “doing it wrong” or that look that mom has when no one was watching (but we were…) .”
Feeling privileged this morning to have Villetto Photography on the blog! This husband + wife duo believe that life is good. And they absolutely mean it. They feel honored to wake up and be able to do what they love, and aren’t those the type of people you want to shoot your wedding? Not only are they genuine but they’re crazy talented too! I love their timeless style and unique eye that manages to capture the joy and magic of a Spring wedding…even when there’s mud. Like, a LOT of mud! continues...

Fairy Tale Wedding in Connecticut I don’t even know where to begin with this stunning fairy tale wedding captured by Villetto Photography. I love it. Hands down one of my favorites of the season, maybe even the year. The location- a picturesque mansion. The flowers-soft baby’s breath with lavender highlights. The slippers…oops I mean shoes – ornate and via the fabulous Badgley Mischka! The venue, Bill Miller’s Castle in Branford, CT is absolutely stunning. Old world elegance is the first thing that comes to mind. The second? This venue oozes some serious charm. continues...
