How do we book you?

Well first, give us a call or write to us and let's chat.  We want to hear from you and get a chance to hear about you and what your plans are for your day, so we always start with a conversation.  But once we all connect and know that we are all a perfect fit for one another then the official booking starts.  To book a wedding date with us we require a 50% deposit and a signed agreement (with all quoted details + costs) with a final balance due 30-days prior to your wedding date.  Once a deposit and agreement are signed, your date is booked on our calendar and a happy dance ensues.

Do you have a travel fee?

Sometimes. We are based in Connecticut, however, we started shooting weddings in the Hudson Valley first. We typically do not charge a travel fee for the following regions; Connecticut, Hudson Valley NY, NYC and Western Massachusetts. We try to keep travel within a 2 hour radius, but we don't mind a good road trip so we are always open to chat about details and see where it goes.

How long have you been photographing weddings?

We have been photographing weddings since 2010 so about 13 years!

Have you ever photographed at my venue?

This is a question we get all the time. It does not matter if we have photographed at your venue 20 times before or never, if you like our style we can create beautiful images anywhere.  Remember, no matter the venue, there was always a first time shooting there.

How long will it take before we receive our photos?

It takes 5 to 10 weeks to receive your final photos. All photos will be completely processed and edited and available on both a flash-drive and Online, Downloadable Wedding Gallery.  We also provide wedding teaser images (anywhere from 10-20 images) within about a week following your wedding day.

Do you sell Prints? Wedding Albums? Frames?

YES! YES! YES!  We provide beautiful prints that can be ordered directly from your client gallery.   All of our albums are customized to order, learn more about our albums Here.   And all frame orders are also fulfilled right here in our home studio, learn more about framing Here.

Do you have Liability Insurance?

Yes we do.  If your venue requires your vendors to have a COI we can provide that either directly to your vendor or we can send it to you.

Can you help us with our Timeline?

Kelly is the best at this, she will absolutely work with you on every detail.  Here's what one of our couples had to say, "I immediately fell in love with their photos and couldn’t wait to get in touch to see if they were available for my wedding day. Working with Kelly and Rob was great. Setting up the engagement photos - they provided many suggestions for locations and were extremely flexible about planning the day. When preparing for the big day I didn’t know where to start and they helped me set up my timeline for the day of and provided a ton of suggestions to help me along the way. Not only did we get amazing photos to remind us of our special day but we had a lot of fun getting the photos we had hoped for." Jennifer    When you book with us we will help you every step of the way.

What happens if we must reschedule our wedding?

Don't panic, we have become the rescheduling masters after COVID rocked our industry in 2020.  We have policies in place to take care of our couples in the event they need to reschedule due to unavoidable circumstances such as a pandemic.  The first step is to contact us right away, the sooner the better, and we will do everything we can to find a date that works with all parties involved. From the venue to the flowers we will work closely with everyone to make the transition as easy as possible. Just remember that communication is key.  Together we will make it happen.
